It’s all about AB, Baby!

Welcome to De Neve’s Acacia View and Birch Heights, also known as AB, your home for 2009-10! We are working hard to provide you with a fun, safe, and healthy environment to meet your every UCLA need.

You have a great team in AB that will help you make the most of your UCLA experience. We have 9 RAs- one on each floor- who will be there on opening day to welcome you to your new home. Each RA is highly trained as a peer leader who can help you navigate the UCLA waters. DABRA- AB’s student government- has 7 amazing cabinet members who will be looking out for your interests and offering some great activities so you can get to know your community. We also have a Residential Learning Center Consultant who puts on programs centered around technology and our very own Faculty in Residence, Dr. Ronni Sanlo. Dr. Ronni has been a member of our residential community for 8 years, she loves living with students and looks forward to working with you!

AB is at the base of the "Hill" (the "hill" refers to the residential area of the UCLA campus), featuring quick and easy access to the rest of campus and Westwood Village. Our building is all about comfort and convenience! Taking a GE Cluster? Most of the lectures are taught right here in the De Neve Learning Auditorium. We've got plenty of lounges for your study needs, and a Learning Center to help you study in technological style! Need a break from studying? You'll enjoy our award winning Residential Restaurant, Big Screen TV Lounge and our Fitness & Recreation area to nourish both body and soul.

In AB, you get all of this and with great neighbors as we are surrounded by the Evergreen & Fir, Cedar & Dogwood, and Dykstra residents. We are big, we are fun, we are your new home!
