Assistant Resident Director
The Assistant Resident Director (ARD) oversees programming in a residential facility. The ARD:
- Advises and trains programmers
- Tracks and implements programs
- Interprets programming related policies
- Co-advises the residential facility student government
- Schedules facilities use
- Serves on departmental committees
- Works with Resident Director to design and implement facility’s programming strategy
- Facilitates contact between programmers and University/non-University agencies
The ARD position is a part-time position and may be held by students or non-students.
