Program Assistant

The Program Assistant (PA) position is just what you are looking for if you:

  • Enjoy working on a team
  • Like to plan events
  • Like to make connections with people on your floor
  • Are looking for great leadership experience

The PA plans large and small scale events for an entire community of residents. You also participate in leadership development opportunities, planning in UCLA traditions, and networking with leaders on the Hill and on campus. Program Assistant positions are available in Canyon Point, Courtside, Delta Terrace, Hitch and Saxon. The PA team is often a small team of 2-3 within a larger building team of RAs, PAs, and SLs.

"Be willing to step out of your comfort zone because you have to do that to meet people and get them excited about what you are excited for."

Yen Phan, Courtside 2006-07
