Resident Assistant
The Resident Assistant (RA) is responsible for the student development and community development program within a floor, house, or suite community. The RA:
- Implements programs for the community
- Advises the community government
- Conducts resident intervention interviews
- Provides formal academic assistance and peer counseling to residents
- Provides evening duty coverage
- Responds to emergencies and policy violations
