Major Blast is a large-scale resource fair designed to bring representatives from the various undergraduate departments and schools into the residential community to help students explore different academic options. During the program, students have the unique opportunity to speak with academic advisors, counselors or faculty that can help maximize knowledge on academic resources including: majors, minors, specializations, coursework, prerequisites, workload, research, student organizations, and other general aspects of an academic department.

Call for Department/School Support & Representation: The on-campus population represents over 9000 residents, which is comprised primarily of first and second year students. Many students who attend the program are undecided about their academic futures or often times have many questions about becoming acclimated to their new academic department. It is our goal to maximize our department representation in order to provide all students with academic support and assistance.
