Informartion Technology Services
The Office of Residential Life’s Information Technology Services comprises two distinct units: Administrative Computing and Student Computing.
Administrative Computing provides support and technology for the ORL offices throughout the hill. It is staffed by a full-time Systems Analyst who manages the servers and workstations as well as a student staff help desk. In addition to computer support for the offices, we provide support for the GE clusters and check out equipment such as laptops for professional staff.
Student Computing provides On-Campus Housing residents acess to Computer Labs and Learning Centers. It is staffed by a full-time Systems Analyst and a team of paraprofessional Resident Technology Supervisors. The Resident Learning Center Consultants proctor the labs and learning centers as well as provide technology eductation workshops.
