Learning Centers / Computer Labs

The Office of Residential Life Learning Centers and Computer Labs offer a wide variety of resources to On Campus Housing residents. Below is a list of the services offered by each location.

Covel Commons

Conveniently located in the Covel Commons, Covel Computer Lab has 30 workstations for residents’ use. In addition, three multimedia stations are equipped with CD-burning, video-editing and scanning capabilities, as well as special applications such as Photoshop and Dreamweaver. Laser printing are also available on all workstations in black and white or in color.

De Neve Plaza

De Neve Computer Lab is located in the Podium Building in De Neve, which is centrally located for all residents living in Dykstra and De Neve plaza. The two labs have a total of 22 workstations available for residents’ use. All workstations have laser printing capabilities in black and white and in color.

Rieber Hall

This center features a Learning Lab designed for group and class projects the computing stations are arrange as to allow groups as big as six to work around one table. Hosting four group stations allows each member to interact in one space. The Learning lab is always proctored.

Riber’s 24-Hour Computing Lab facilitates computing and printing needs 24 hours a day.

Group Study Rooms: Individuals and groups may reserve these rooms for academic use. Each room has a a long table and chairs as well as a 42" plasma monitor and computer for working on group projects or designing presentations.
